Hall Rental

hallThe Township Hall is available for rental to both township residents and non-residents. The following rates apply:

Residents/Property Owners: $75
All others: $125*

*A $100 deposit is required, must be in cash and MAY be returned after the hall is inspected.

If the hall is not cleaned or set back up to its initial condition, an additional charge of $50/hour will be applied.

Please note: The use of any alcoholic beverages on the premises and smoking anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. Cigarette butts must be removed from township grounds.

No tape, tacks, nails, or any item of any kind may be fastened to any painted walls, trim, or ceilings. The cork boards on the wall may have items tacked to them. All decorations must be removed after use, and special hooks returned. Failure to do so can result in the loss of the cash deposit and/or additional cleaning fees.

Please leave the hall in the condition you found it, including clean up and set up for meetings.

Renters must sign and return the Township Hall Rental Agreement and must also read the Hall Renter Notice.
